MedBridge’s extensive management experience provides optimized operations, Partnership stability, and superior investor returns.

Partnership Management - MedBridge maintains Partnership records and accounts, prepares and files Partnership tax returns, and produces monthly financial statements reflecting facility operations and investor returns. MedBridge can also serve as the primary contact for joint venture partners and prospective Partners interested in the Center.

Facility Licensure and Operations Management - MedBridge oversees Center budgets and capital expenditures, and directs staffing, training and human resource risk management. MedBridge obtains and maintains each Center’s license, certification and insurance and is responsible for ongoing compliance with all Federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

Contracting and Payor Management - MedBridge has developed a strategic approach to contracting that maximizes profitability and center utilization. The approach is tailored to the unique case and payor requirements of the local Partner group.

Marketing - MedBridge directs ongoing marketing and public awareness campaigns to maximize the visibility and utilization of its Centers.
