In order to address the accounting and business administration needs of its Partnerships, MedBridge offers an optional suite of financial services. These services can be customized according to the specific requirements of any practice group or Center. A dedicated team of trained and certified MedBridge professionals can serve clients on a fully offsite/outsourced basis. Benefits include minimized overhead and business administration costs, improved financial performance through faster collections, and reduced office space requirements.

Client Relations - MedBridge Financial Services is committed to quality customer service at each of our surgery centers. Our team communicates regularly with surgery center staff, physicians and surgery schedulers. In addition to the traditional modes of communication, MFS utilizes cutting-edge intranet technology to regularly update our surgery center partners and staff.

Pre-Operative Scheduling and Authorization - MedBridge interfaces with both the physician’s office and the patient’s insurance company to assure that all pre-operative financial requirements for the surgery are met.

Billing & Collections - MedBridge is responsible for the full range of billing and collection activities, including all business communication with payors and patients. Our billing department leverages MedBridge-owned OptOR inventory software and reporting to increase reimbursements and control case costs.

Accounts Receivable - MedBridge maintains and monitors accounts receivable records and targets average days outstanding to be within a 45-day window.

Accounts Payable & Payroll - MedBridge maintains and manages accounts payable records and cash disbursement to authorized suppliers, employees and contractors.

Transcription & Coding - MedBridge administers the provision of rapid, accurate, HIPAA-compliant transcription and coding services.
