Mr. Odell leads finance and partnership management for MedBridge. In addition, he is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TynanGroup, Inc. He has successfully managed TynanGroup's double-digit growth, leading to the firm's recognition by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Prior to TynanGroup, Mr. Odell was with a private accounting firm serving a broad spectrum of planning, audit, and tax clients. Mr. Odell received his undergraduate degree from Westmont College.

Steven B. Schott, JD
Principal
Mr. Schott leads facility licensing, staffing, and legal affairs for MedBridge. In addition, he is the Founder and Managing Member of West Beach Investments, LLC, an investment, development, management, and consulting company with clients in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean. For over 25 years, Mr. Schott has specialized in analysis, due diligence, implementation, and management for a variety of businesses and industries. Mr. Schott received undergraduate and Master's degrees from the University of Iowa and a law degree from Drake University.

Don Erickson
Director of Development
As the Director of Development, Mr. Erickson oversees the development of all MedBridge projects and has been with the company for more than five years. He has extensive knowledge of OSHPD, DHS, Medicare, and Title 24 regulations and is responsible for the approval and construction of all MedBridge facilities built to date. Previously, Mr. Erickson worked as the General Manager of Islands Media and spent eighteen years with Parton & Edwards Construction. Mr. Erickson received his undergraduate degree from Westmont College.

Ruth Loomer
General Manager
Ms. Loomer is responsible for managing the Santa Barbara-based MedBridge staff team.  The team includes the following departments: Patient Scheduling, Pre-Operative Authorization, Billing, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Patient Accounts, and Sales.  She oversees team performance, customer service, external relations, staffing issues and assists with Business Development.  Ms. Loomer spent ten years working in mid-level management for a national non-profit organization.  Ms. Loomer received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and her Masters Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary.
